Help with signing in, your watch history, home-screen setup and membership. If you need a hand, write to us — a person reads it.
I didn’t get the sign-in email
- Check spam and Promotions. Your email may have been filtered there.
- Check the address. Your membership is tied to the email you signed up with — if you have more than one, try the other.
- Give it a few minutes. Email delivery can be delayed.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Write to anthony@kinjaz.com from the address you expect the membership to be under, and we will sort it out by hand.
The sign-in link doesn’t work
Go to sign-in in the browser or home-screen app you want to use. Enter your membership email and the 6-digit codefrom your latest sign-in email. The code works even if your mail app opens links in a different browser.
Codes and links are single-use and expire. Requesting a new email replaces the previous code. Our email link asks you to tap Enter the Dojo before signing in, so an ordinary mail preview doesn’t use it up. If the code fails, request a fresh email. If you’re asked to wait, give it a minute before trying again.
Your Uscreen password doesn’t transfer. After your first sign-in, you can set a Dojo password for next time. Already have one but forgot it? Use the same page to reset it with a fresh email code or link. Never share your code or password with anyone.
I’m signed in, but it says “Not active”
Your membership lives on the email you pay with. If a parent, partner or an old address pays for it, you are probably signed in with a different email. Check your Kinjaz Dojo receipt for the address, sign out, and sign in with that one. Please don’t pay again — write to us and we can connect your membership to the email you want to use.
Where did my progress go?
Your watch history from the last 12 months is moving over with you. Imported percentages record your previous viewing; they don’t count as new practice this week or as new first-win sessions. Exact playback positions and watched chapters don’t transfer. If a class is missing from your history, send its title to anthony@kinjaz.comso we can check the match.
Am I being charged twice?
You should not be. Your membership moved with you: same price, same billing date, one charge. If you see two charges for the same period, that is a mistake on our side — send us the dates and amounts at anthony@kinjaz.com so we can investigate and refund a duplicate charge. We’re here to help you understand what happened.
Changing or cancelling
Use Cancel membership on your membership card, choose a reason, review the end date and confirm. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Cancelling a paused membership does not extend paid access. Use Manage billingto update your card or cancel when an invoice needs attention. A cancellation made on the card can be undone with Keep my membershipbefore it ends. Gift end dates cannot be extended this way. Full detail on the refund and cancellation page.
Free trials, when offered
If a free trial is offered at checkout, it is for new members who have never had a subscription. A card is required. The trial length and recurring monthly or annual price are shown before you join. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge; otherwise your chosen plan renews automatically until you cancel. Your membership card shows the trial end date. Gift memberships do not include a free trial.
Add to your home screen
Keep the Dojo one tap away. Classes need an internet connection; adding the app doesn’t download videos for offline use.
