Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-13
These terms cover using Kinjaz Dojo. Billing and cancellation have their own page; accessibility has its own too.
Who you are agreeing with
Kinjaz Dojo is operated by Kinjaz LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to watch. Keep your sign-in to yourself — an account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly at anthony@kinjaz.com if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are under 18, an adult has to agree to these terms for you.
What the membership gets you
An active membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the classes for your own training, for as long as the membership is active. That is a licence to watch, not ownership of anything.
The library changes over time. Classes are added, and occasionally a class is removed — for example when rights change or an instructor asks us to take it down. We do not guarantee that any particular class stays available forever.
What you may not do
- Share, sell, or lend your account, or stream a class to people who are not members.
- Download, record, screen-capture, re-upload, or redistribute the video.
- Use the classes to teach paid classes, workshops, or courses of your own, or in a commercial performance, without written permission.
- Work around the paywall, the playback protection, or any access control — including sharing links intended to bypass them.
- Scrape or bulk-download the site.
Learning the choreography and dancing it — at home, in a studio, in a class you take, on your own social media — is the entire point. This section is about redistribution and resale, not about you dancing.
Who owns what
The classes, choreography, video, music selections, and the Kinjaz marks belong to us or to the people we licence them from. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
Billing
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are covered on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which is part of these terms.
Ending the membership
You can cancel any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — most obviously account sharing or redistributing the video. If we close an account for a breach, we do not refund the remainder of the period. If we close it for any other reason, we do.
Availability
We work to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance happens, and third-party providers occasionally fail. If an outage is long enough to matter, see the refund policy.
Health and safety
Dancing is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. The classes are instruction, not medical or fitness advice. Warm up, work within your ability, and get medical advice before starting if you have any reason to. You train at your own risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the membership is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the membership afterwards means you accept it.
Free trials, when offered
If a free trial is offered at checkout, it is for new members who have never had a subscription. A card is required. The trial length and recurring monthly or annual price are shown before you join. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge; otherwise your chosen plan renews automatically until you cancel. Your membership card shows the trial end date. Gift memberships do not include a free trial.
